We take bookings up to twelve weeks ahead, Wednesday through Sunday, for lunch and dinner. A few seats at the counter are always kept back for walk-ins — so if the calendar's full, come and find us anyway.

Walk-ins & the counter
We hold back six fire-side seats at the counter every night for walk-ins. No booking needed — come early, pull up a stool and eat where the heat is.
The chef's table
Reserve the full six-seat counter and eat the kitchen's choice as it comes off the flame. We book the chef's table by phone — call us on 0131 555 0182.
Private dining
The Cellar seats up to sixteen beneath the restaurant — your own room, your own menu, your own evening. See private dining.

Prefer a voice on the other end?
Some tables are easier to talk through — the counter, a big celebration, a last-minute table tonight. We're happy to take it over the phone, Wednesday to Sunday.
